I'm really excited to try "Christmas Cobbler" on American Thanksgiving this year. It's quite common in the UK and seems somewhat like a veggie version of chicken and dumplings. The recipe I'm using is by Katy Beskow but I imagine you could adjust Ms.Romans Chicken and Dumpling recipe (one of my favs!) to a veggie version using beans and greens instead.
