My favorite - it's INCREDIBLE. However...my cake always sinks in the middle once it cools. It's delicious and we eat it anyway, but do you have any advice for me? Should I split the batter between two 8" pans instead? Bake it longer? the outside is not overbaked but it's quite brown.
