I know this sounds weird, but my aunt used to bring something called “thanksgiving casserole” every year on thanksgiving. She layered stuffing with mashed potatoes and green beans (almost like a shepherd’s pie) and honestly it was delish! I think you could do this in a cast iron and then heat and serve all in one with your meal.
