Hello! Can I prep the stuffing today (Wednesday) - as in, do everything except bake and get it in the baking dish and leave it overnight? Then, tomorrow, bake it? Pros/Cons? I saw Clair Saffitz on her NYT Thanksgiving video had hers prepped and left in the dish overnight and I wanted to see Alison's take on that for her recipe, specifically. Thank you so much!
