This cornbread is delicious. It's balanced with a good crumb and I got to use up all my buttermilk for a good tang. Does full-fat buttermilk exist? I have never seen it.
This was so delicious! We had it with fresh cracked crab, garlicky tequila shrimp, and beer. Perfection! I folded in cheddar and jalepeño cheddar for a cheesy, spicy kick. Highly recommend!
