Hello Alison!

I picked up 40 pounds to do this. Yes, 40 pounds!! So so excited to do this and gift cans!!

Quick question - to freeze in jars would you recommend a canning water bath process as well?

I was hoping my first "tomatada" would last months, but I'm devouring them faster than I thought!

Hi all! when freezing in jars, I don't do a canning water bath, since they are getting frozen. I prefer to freeze in ziplock bags, so they lay flat for easier defrosting!
