I’ve made Alison’s lemon cake 20+ times with Bob’s 1-for-1 flour and everyone raves, just cook it a bit longer. Dense moist cakes work the best with GF flour, I can’t wait to try it with brown butter pumpkin cake and chocolate sour cream pound cake. Alison’s cheesecake and pie using Nairin’s GF oat grahams are delicious. When cooking GF, remember to aggressively whip the eggs.
