Congrats on such a stunning book! I’m one of those cooks-but-doesn’t-bake people, but I’m feeling so inspired by this book I can’t wait to try. HOWEVER I just moved from the east coast to Denver. Is anyone else here baking at ~elevation~? Can I pretend it’s not an issue and just carry on following the recipe or…? Serious question lol
