Those measurements are correct when I make it, were the measurements I used in the video and across all recipe testing! The measurements are not incorrect- if anything I don’t think people are cooking long enough or at the correct simmer. Chilling longer won’t help— only cooking longer will. Cooking evaporates liquid which is what’s making it “soupy” rather than “thick.” Hope this helps 🙏🙏
