I have made great Bob's pie crusts, but not with Alison's recipe (didn't even try). I use recipes from Bob's RM site. I'm not GF, but need to make occasionally for guests, so find it better to go with the source.

Site has a great one using just GF pastry flour, cold butter, salt and cold milk. Always works and no need for xanthan gum or egg whites. Only thing is you need food processor.
