I just made the pudding and it’s been in the fridge for over an hour and is not set. Am I am to salvage this, or do I have to restart…?

My pudding firmed up but is grainy now that I’ve brought out of the fridge. It was perfectly smooth when I put it in last night. Any ideas?

I take back my original comment! When I assembled this, both the pudding and whip were both not quite sweet (the whip was v tangy from the yogurt) and was worried my family wouldn't find it "desserty" enough. Once the wafers softened its a WHOLE DIFFERENT WORLD. Halved the recipe and wouldn't change a thing. Never doing the pudding box thing again
