There was a commercial on tv years ago. ‘Own your own business; set your own hours.’ It was intimating that when you are your own boss you can sleep late and take days off at will. Owning your own business, as you know, means you are on call 24/7. Keep up the great work. Just the fact that there is a cookbook in the pipeline is very, very exciting. ❤️

I find your writing and videos utterly delightful. I enjoy of your charming personality. If I get a good recipe along with it, that’s a bonus. Thank your for your efforts. I have the brothy beans, shallot spaghetti and tomato poached fish on repeat.
