Hi! What is up with the Hot Buttered Rum Pudding recipe? I was prepared to whisk for 20 ish minutes, but it thickened instantly. Maybe there is too much cornstarch? It seemed like a ton when I was making it, but I kept double checking the recipe... It ended up super thick and goopy, although still very tasty.
