Is it the AGA Elise - we love our 48” matte black induction, also procured in NC - excited to be extremely dialed in with these heat level instructions 🤓
This is the AGA Elise- I basically went for the induction version of the gas stove I wanted. Sadly, I didn't do much other research haha. Most big name gas range suppliers are also coming out with induction tops- a lot of options these days, which is even less helpful, but I think it's a lot about user-friendliness (which the AGA isn't especially...it has a not-so-intuitive knob situation, but I liked the look of it so much I figured I'd learn)
I have been in a cooking rut all of Q1. V excited for the new season! Equally excited to see the jumbo shells have a home at First Bloom. Lemon pasta for weeknight dinner, then we’re taking the shrimps camping this weekend 🦐🍋
Thrilled you're back in action! The wood burning oven? Love it all. Could you share where those white pasta bowls are from? I'm on a mission for the perfect pasta vessel – you know, something deep enough for that 'extra generous” serving we all crave.
Woohoo, welcome back! This pasta looks so simple and so yummy! I’m wondering what brand of pasta that is, I couldn’t quite make it out from the packaging (even with the row of different shapes in First Bloom). Did anyone catch it?
I wouldn't, honestly! If you wanted to experiment, go with 1-2 fillets to start (in the browned butter), but to me, this is a LEMON PASTA and should be focused on the lemon.
Welcome back and so happy to see your induction stove! I have been trying to decide which one to get when I am finally able to do a kitchen renovation. Have had my eye on the Bertazzoni and didn't know AGA had one! Is yours just a stove top, or does it have an oven as well? It looks like you don't have a hood/venting ( at least it's not in the shot, haha) just curious if that is true or not? Did you look at other brands and how did you decide on the AGA? thank you!
Very much here for the wood-burning oven situation (or whatever it is) in the new kitchen!
We have wood burning ovens, we have induction stovetops, we have it all
my parents have a wood burning oven outside but having it inside the house is an exceptionally pro move.
Wow - big changes certainly explain the long awaited opening day! Thank you for continuing your work and sharing with your fans. I'm a big one!!
is the stove induction?? The best culinary thing that ever happened to me was getting an induction cooktop. Extra prep space! Easy to clean! Safe!
It is!! I LOVE it

I'm so glad you're back! My bedtime wind-down routine wasn't the same :)
Same
Wouldn't it be season three? Three different kitchens! I've learned to love all of them so know I can handle this change too.
haha I lost track- but season 2 felt right here.
Love the new vibe! It’s giving mid-nineties chic, You’ve Got Mail. HERE FOR IT! Cheers to change and growth 🥂

Never mind, I found it! It’s the pasta from the company La Fabbrica Della!
The new title design is so cute. ☘️

What do you think of adding anchovies?
