Ah Pozole, the soup that can be different every time, unless the difference is no hominy, in which case it’s not really pozole.

Of course! I didn’t mean to insinuate any failure, just waxing on about all the flexibility of pozole with that exception in general! My favorite thing about your recipes is their easy going nature.

oh 100%! I think by the time I made soup 4, there was perhaps one lone kernel in the bowl....not sure that counts lol

Love these soup ideas! I am a paid subscriber and a tomato soup addict, and I can’t find the tomato soup recipe here or in my inbox. Did I miss something? Was I too excited and enthusiastic again?!?!

Honestly, I’m half Greek, half Mexican, and this post hit all the sweet spots of nostalgia and heritage for me. Your Pozole sounds fabulous! I am inspired to make some and steal your idea for that hot sauce this weekend. Your chickpeas sounds EXACTLY like how my Papou and great uncle Angelo used to make them at family parties growing up.
