Thank you, watched both and so excited to try some of these new ones, as well as the oldies. I was a big fan of the chicken-fat turkey thighs/legs last year and then just roasted off the breasts. Do you (or does anyone) prefer the whole bird method over the Schmaltzy legs?

Totally different experiences- both very delicious. I donтАЩt think anything is better tasting than those legs, but the whole bird is wonderful and better for leftovers and a visual тАЬholidayтАЭ moment, if thatтАЩs important to you (and will get you better gravy).

There is a certain appeal to doing whole bird, but the legs were so easy to do beforehand and gently reheat on gameday
