Question, I wasn't able to find chicken fat, but was able to find duck fat... does anyone know if that would be a good or very bad alternative to use in the potato kugel?
I’ve made these tiny salty chocolate cookies twice before - once successfully and now twice where they’ve come out totally flattened. Anyone have any idea where I might’ve gone wrong? I’m so sad!
Has anyone made the potato kugel ahead of time? Maybe in the morning, then warm/crisp before serving. Thanks :)
