Hi there! Re. brisket, I have a whole brisket that’s about 10 lbs (cooking for a large group). I’m planning on doing everything in a [stove top safe] large roasting pan + foil, but how long do you think I should braise this for? Still @ 275? Possible to do overnight since it’s so large?
