So, I tried to make the rice pudding but it basically came out as soup. This might be user error because I doubled the recipe and maybe just didn't cook it down long enough? I thought it looked like it would be at the point where it would "set" in the fridge but I guess not! My question is:

A) Can I put it back on heat to try and cook it down?

B) Or should I just blend it and enjoy some milk-heavy horchata?

Needs to cook longer! I’ve never tried to put it back on the stovetop but i do think you can try!

I also ended up w soup and I had it on the stove for 70 min in the end. I put it in the fridge overnight and it’s still too soupy. I’m going to try the stove but wonder if it will get mushy
