Legit best shrimp scampi I have ever had. Everyone in my household freaked out. Immediately endorsed to my coworkers who are also fans.

We, too, enjoyed the scampi also having always thought it was something you ate at Red Lobster. It was divine! Since you may be taking requests, how about a DUCK dish? A Mother’s Day duck recipe for the best present ever???

Despite living on this side of the pond for many years I had never heard of Shrimp Scampi! I made it tonight and it was so good I forgot to take a photo and then it was gone. I'm going to make up for lost time now that I know! Thanks for the recipe and video.

Scampers are the best! My husband and I have been cooking some of these dishes during lockdown that were hot in a "1980s midwestern mom dinner rotation" way as an ode to our respective adolescent coming-of-age dinner time meals that we absolutely never appreciated at the time. Now we are like "bring on the meatloaf!" - "let's have stuffed peppers" - "stroganoff I see you!" All that nostalgia. Because we miss our childhoods where we were safe and taken care of. LOL! And we recently made shrimp scampi and now will try your version. Cheers!

My boyfriend & I made this the other night and we were talking about it for hours after we ate. We just kept saying “oh my god that was so good.” We were upset with how full we were because we wanted to keep eating more. This dish is a must make! Wouldn’t change a damn thing 🤤

Does not disappoint. Subtle flavors, but not lacking depth. I added capers to the butter frying part, as I was planning on less wine.
