Loved the video!!! Glad you two mesh in the kitchen. Flexibility is the key to joy in the kitchen. I love much more heat than the average. I usually have a sliced Serrano on the side. Great writing too. You are always a pleasure.

I am not a huge fan of the texture of tofu but hubby is a fan, so I will be making this dish for him! Would you mind sharing the brand of the kimchi and the gochugaru (I think you mentioned that their farm is in New Jersey!) Thanks!

I’m wanting to make this tonight but don’t have gochugaru. Would regular pepper flakes or Aleppo style work better as a substitute? As always, loved the video and I’m excited to try the recipe!
