Subscribed to the free newsletter for your writing skills x recipes but tbh the thought of missing out on the meatballs is what made me subscribe to the paid newsletter. Glad to be here and grateful for your little corner of the internet!

I love the paid subscription.....everyone needs to subscribe immediately!! On another note, I made your brisket with fennel for Rosh Hashanah. Thank you for elevating my meals and for putting a smile on my face.

The world needs your meatballs...but more importantly we need YOU. Thank you for your honesty and authenticity. Your melancholy comes through this week and I appreciate that you feel connected enough to share that with us. Cooking blog, dining blog...whatever you write, I will read. With gratitude from a stranger who imagines we’d be friends if we ever met in real life! 😍

I picked up tennis too, thankfully prospect park tennis center does adult beginner for $30 a lesson. The protest recipe book is done so well! I highly recommend the bike paths at Prospect Park.

Loved it. Thanks for keeping Biden-Harris, voting tools, and ways to help foster equity and justice at the center of a really great newsletter mostly about EATING. Looking forward to one day when we can all just eat and relax. For a hot second... because it's ongoing.
