I have a question that has nothing to do with writing snacks but thought that perhaps you may actually see it on here. I currently have a turkey carcass (Canadian Thanksgiving) and want to make stock with it, however my turkey stock generally sucks. Your chicken broth from Dining In is spectacular and has been my most used Alison Roman recipe! My question is do you have any suggestions on how to make my turkey stock equally as wonderful as your Golden Chicken Broth? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks again. :)
Thank you! It's also one of my favorites of all time, almost cold enough to have it on repeat over here. I would honestly just use the turkey carcass in place of the chicken! you can always omit the ginger/turmeric if you'd like to keep it a little bit more neutral, but no reason why you can't just follow the recipe using turkey.

Yay you replied! Thank-you :)
I think omitting the ginger and turmeric wIll be helpful. I will try it out today. Thanks again and take care! <3
