Loved ""decant" an entire package of Hario"! Also, I love a good cup of coffee as much as any gal...but I, too, do not put undue pressure on myself at home.

Hello Ms.Roman,

Thank-you so much for your wonderful newsletters, they have been a bright spot in a very difficult year. <3

I have a question that has nothing to do with writing snacks but thought that perhaps you may actually see it on here. I currently have a turkey carcass (Canadian Thanksgiving) and want to make stock with it, however my turkey stock generally sucks. Your chicken broth from Dining In is spectacular and has been my most used Alison Roman recipe! My question is do you have any suggestions on how to make my turkey stock equally as wonderful as your Golden Chicken Broth? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks again. :)

Hi!! Making the sheet cake with mascarpone and coffee- the recipe doesn’t specify, but I assume you combine the egg yolk+sugar mixture and the mascarpone mixture after you finish making the mascarpone mixture?? Does anyone know if I’m misinterpreting this?
