What I am really wishing was included with your 'favorite mustards' is the aforementioned Ham recipe. Checked your books - doesn't exist. I am hoping this is a Fresh Ham, and not some supermarket pre-cooked number. (The first pic in kitchen looks fresh, but the butcher picture looks cured).
However, it may just be wishful thinking after seeing all the references going back to 2014. (BA: "Throw a Ham Party! Buy a Precooked, Smoked Ham, score it, glaze it with some personal ingredients (sweet, spicy, maybe liquor-y, your glaze - really? - made with Starbucks coffee), heat and serve with Martin's Potato rolls, mustards and pickles. Then just leave out a carving set for the guests"). Sounds familiar?
Maybe, just maybe, since you're Alison Roman, your recipe is something more magical, and we will learn about it in one of your future videos or newsletters.
