Is there any chance of including weights for ingredients in your recipes? I have no idea what a stick of butter is as butter, where I live, is in metric units (500 gms). Similarly, I prefer to use weights for measuring flour, especially with baking, to ensure correct ratios. It would certainly make a difference for me and probably increase the likelihood of success with your recipes.
