"I really do love to analyze, critique and praise (my three love languages)" — I couldn't have said it better myself! And yes, if you've worked in the restaurant industry, this trait becomes deeply embedded in you. Personally, it is my favorite thing to do just about anywhere, but in restaurants, it's game on. I find myself silently commenting "impressive carry" to runners and bussers stacking plates high on their arm, utilizing every finger and ligament of their hand. Other times, I'm rearranging the table set with my eyes knowing exactly where to place each dish to fit perfectly and having to fix it myself because I know it could be improved. These are my best and worst traits, but that's the effect of working in food service🙃
