Hi Alison! Thank you for you. Your posts always resonate.

I am no longer mourning the election, mostly, and am turning to a mundane, but lovely, issue: leftover Rancho Gordo Black caviar lentils. I made them to serve under sausage and they were delicious. However, I can never make less than the entire package of their beans even though only two of us eat them. Do you have any favorite ways of using them? Fellow subscribers? Thanks πŸ™
