Happy birthday! I happen to have shrimp on hand but no chicken, but I think I am going to try this sauce on shrimp, if you don’t disapprove!

I can report that it was wonderful on shrimp, and the leftover sauce was perhaps even better (if that’s possible) on seared scallops with all the salad-y things on the side
