I am absolutely making this in all its glossy, saucy deliciousness. Can't wait!

I can’t be the only one who will absolutely make this because (in addition to surely being delicious) I’m determined to not break my three-week streak. If there were ever a thing to gamify/make a leaderboard for, Alison, Home Movies is IT.

Husband is so enamored when I say it’s an AR dinner or desert😘. I’m afraid if I gave him more information about you he’d be out the door and on your doorstep. Thanks for something wonderful to look forward to every week

Thoughts on how to substitute scallops? That's my usual go-to with shrimp (which I hate), but they cook so crazy fast AND benefit so much from a nice sear that it's hard in a recipe like this.

Hi I realize I'm four months late but I am actually attempting this recipe tonight with scallops instead of shrimp! My plan is to sear them hot and fast, remove from the pan and make the sauce in the same pan. Add them back in the last 1-2 min the sauce is cooking and mix with some linguine. I'm v v excited to give it a try!

Oh, I did end up trying out exactly that and it worked great. You're gonna love it!

Has anyone else noticed how the world is watching you. All of a sudden everyone is posting shrimp scampi videos. Imitation is the best form of flattery — or whatever the saying is. They — the imitators — may have a recipe but they don’t have the ‘IT’ factor. Show ‘em who’s boss, Alison!!! ❤️

Alison, I’m sorry, quick question. In the home movies shrimp scampi video you said to use one cup of white wine and in the actual printed recipe it says half a cup….which measurement is correct? I’m confused.

Add a half a cup. If it doesn't seem like enough add more.
