I worry this is a very silly question, but is there a way to buy merch unbundled, if someone has already preordered the book but now desires a sweatshirt?

Girl, one thing's nagging at the back of my brain .... Your beautiful {squarish?) gold & green ring is gone. And if I'm not mistaken, in its place is the equally beautiful black oval ring you wore in tons of videos in your last apartment. Why do I notice this? Hey, I'm an accessories girl. I just tend to notice the accessories. Why do I care? I'm not sure... I guess b/c after watching you for so long it seems like you don't change your rings lightly. You're pretty faithful to them for long periods of time, it seems like... Whatever it means - or doesn't mean - hey, either way! ...Just know this is such a fun video - even tho I'm 100% NOT a sweets person! I'm trying to learn for all the sweets-lovers in my life. Love you & much success on this new book, babe! x.

Hi Alison! I made this for my Dad's birthday yesterday and it was a great hit! One issue that I had was with the chilled pastry cream being too runny. When it came off the stove, I was worried that it was too clumpy/thick, and then when I took it out of the fridge and mixed it, it came out a little thin/liquid-y. Do you have any ideas on why this might have happened?
