I made did tonight and it was delicious! My tortilla broke when I tried to slide it back into the pan, but I also used a plate that had a lip thar was too high (a mistake in hindsight, didn't think of it at the time). Anyway, the leftover oil, would you recommend putting it in the refrigerator once it's cooled?!

Ah yeah, the lip! Will get you every time. A lid to a pot or pan will also work well (flat!). Refrigerate the oil if itтАЩs going to be used later than a day or two
