Does substituting white wine vinegar with rice wine vinegar or white vinegar change the taste a lot? Can't wait to try this! <3

Will be making this weekend because I have too many potatoes and also the amount of dill I'm buying means I will also be making the highly seasoned cucumber salad to snack on :D

Making this now, experimenting with cauliflower instead of potatoes, cause hubs is on a diet. I'm sure it will still be tasty. You had me at dill!
